Dear Management and Staff at Treasure Island
Thank you for helping to make the above party a great success.
We would especially like to comment on the friendliness and efficiency of staff, qualities which go a long way towards offsetting any stress for the ones who book, and ultimately feel responsible for such events.
Attention to detail was also evident, for example, the party food was nicely presented and the visit from Pirate Pete was enjoyable. The party bags were also good value for money.
Our family and friends have made very positive remarks to us about the party and the venue.
Thank you for the Free return pass for James which we will certainly use as we have visited Treasure Island before and have always found it to be an excellent example of an indoor play area.

My daughter Holly (age 4) had her birthday party at Treasure Island a few weeks ago and it was exceptional.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was really nice in the Party Room. It was so much easier than organising one at home. There is a separate toddler area which is great as I also have a 2 year old and I could keep him away from the older children. Would definitely recommend it to all. Love Sammy and Mark xxx |

Called in today, helpful staff, clean environment, proper sized portions for kids. All had a good time. Children loved it as it was just the right size for them |

Treasure Island is an absolutely fab place. Ever since it opened, myself and my little boy have visited every week - even when heavily pregnant with my little girl I managed to get there !!! The staff are very friendly and work very hard in keeping the place clean and tidy, as well as serving customers and cooking and bringing out the food (which is gorgeous and always hot!). My children have both had their birthday parties there and loved them - especially when Pirate Pete comes to see them! A+++ Treasure Island - here's to many more years of playing. Treasure Island Play is what Northfield has been crying out for. My children love going there and it's also not only for them to run off some energy but it also gives me a couple of hours to relax. Myself and a group of friends meet there regularly every week. The kids go off top play and we can all have a nice lunch and a catch up. The Paninis are fabulous !!! The staff are always pleasant and the place is kept clean and tidy, considering the number of heads through the door the place is exceptionally well looked after. Keep it up Treasure Island and thank you. Mrs D |

A short note to thank you all for giving Josh and Mary such a fantastic Birthday Party.
All the children and parents commented on how good the party was - a great achievement to keep 32 children and parents happy!
The Party Room is lovely and the food was excellent - just like being at home but we left the mess behind ! |

Thank you very much for making Lilly and Belle's 2nd Birthday Party on the 8th March a wonderful and memorable occasion. The girls and everyone had a fantastic time thanks to your dedicated staff.

We would just like to say a big "thank you" to all of the staff from everyone at Bellfield Nursery.
We had a brilliant time at Treasure Island. The staff were all very pleasant and helped to make the day special for us all.
We shall definitely arrange to visit again and tell the rest of school what an enjoyable experience we had.
